0170 (2) Licensor did not observe a safety fire inspection was conducted annually with a local government agency or conducted using the State Fire Marshal Form. 0170 (3a) Licensor observed a BBQ grill and a propane tank in the outdoor place. 0170 (3g) Licensor did not observe a safety inspection to determine the fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors were conducted. 0170 (3i) Licensor observed the Fire Extinguisher did not have a reciept to determine when the device was last maintained.
