This has been corrected: Pam completed Safe Sleep training on 12/08/22. On 1/3/22, Center Director stated that Alizabeth no longer works for the program. 110-300-0160(10) - Brandan Prior and Stephanie Schuster do not have BBP recorded in MERIT and no documentation was provided to Licensing for review. 110-300-0160(11)- Janette Martinez's CPR/First Aid expired 12/9/22, Pamela Stinson's CPR/First Aid expired 12/8/22, Sophia Morales CPR/First Aid expired 10/25/22. Current trainings card have not been submitted/provided for review. Requested current training cards for Jaedyn McGregor to verify have not been submitted/provided. 110-300-0106(12) - A food handler's card has not been submitted/provided for new cook Stephanie Schuster. None has been entered in MERIT.
