0146(1) Licensor observed climbing equipment placed too closely together. 0146(4) Licensor observed a trampoline in the outdoor play area accessible to children. 0146(1)(a)(b) Licensor observed a wooden climbing structure without any ground cover in the outdoor play area. Licensor also observed 2 outdoor climbers located indoors of the childcare space on carpeting/sub floor with no ground cover and not installed per the manufacturers instructions.
