At the time of monitor visit onsite inspection, the wall radiator in the living room and dining room very extremely hot, that this licensor couldn't toouch it for more than half a second before needing to pull hand away. At the time of monitor visit onsite inspection, the water temperature in the bathroom was measured to be 140.1 degrees F.
