Observation

BBP in MERIT reflects an expired date. Staff file had expired CPR/First Aid and other staff members did not have dates listed in MERIT. Staff files had expired Food Handlers Permit Staff that do not have documentation of Basic/Inital STARS was missing required trainings fromDCYF website (WAC 110-300-0106). One staff was observed to have Emergency & Disaster Preparedness Training and Mandatated Reporting from 2017 and DCYF did not have the required trainings offered at that time. Another staff has Mandated Reporter: Child Abuse and Neglect from 11/02/21 that reads confirmed but not verified. MERIT needs to be updated to reflect eduction, CPR/First Aid; Food Handlers, TB, BBP.
