Observation

Plastic bags in bathroom need to be out of reach of children in care. Right side of licensed outdoor space has broken material as well as smalls screws, nails, broken material needing to be made inaccessable to the children in care. Right corner of the yard needs to have all broken and hazardeous material cleaned up and removed or made in accessable to the children in care.
