Observation

There were staff who have been employed longer than three months who have not met training requirements. There were staff whose Bloodborne Pathogen's training has expired. There were staff who have not completed Initial training of Child Care Basics (30 hours) within three months of hire. There were staff who have not completed 30 hours initial training or have completed 20 hour training and not completed training in recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect, emergency preparedness training, shaken baby/abusive trauma, or children experiencing homelessness.
