Licensor gave TA about making the detergent inaccessible to children and provider removed the detergent during monitor visit. 0260(5) There was a mop and bucket with water in the restroom tub during the monitoring visit. Licensor gave TA about making mop and bucket with water inaccessible to children and provider removed the mop and bucket with water during monitor visit.
