Observation

A big hole was observed on the bathroom ceiling at the time of inspection. A washer was observed in the bathroom area that posed an entrapment hazard at the time of inspection. The framed ceiling vent in the living room area was observed to be broken and required repairing at the time of inspection. An air purifier was observed to be plugged into an electrical outlet near the kitchen sink that was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
