Observation

Licensors observed children unattended without adult supervision multiple times during an onsite visit. Staff were unaware of what children were doing at all times as children were not within hearing and vision range. Children were observed in rooms without adult supervison or in hallways without adult supervision. Licensors had to alert the Director that children were left unsupervised.
