Observation

0197(4): Licensor observed improper food storage, not meeting WAC 110-300-0197(4). Refrigerated foods were observed out of original packaging, leftover and not in airtight containers. Licensor additionally observed rice being stored open in back closet not in an airtight container. 0197(6): Leftover food was observed in the refrigerator out of original packaging, not labeled or dated.
