0165(3)(a):Licensor observed broken changing table in younger preschool classroom that had bolts protruding and was accessible to children. Licensor observed broken door from the changing table being stored in the bathroom. Licensor also observed broken metal sink components in the younger preschool bathroom that have sharp edges.
