Licensor completed a health and safety recheck following a monitoring visit and anohter one following an adhoc visit that were boht for staff member MC who has still not completed recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, exploitation training as approved by the department. Licensor created this adhoc due to the training not being completed.
