0165(2)(c): At the time of inspection, the air purifier had a 48-inch-long wire that can form a loop was accessible to children in play room. Correction made onsitde. 0165(2)(d): At the time of inspection, there was a plastic bag with bottled water on the floor beneath the green sensory table in play room, which was accessible to the children. Correction made onsite. Under the bathroom sink, there was toilet paper stored in a plastic bag which was accessible to chidlren as well. 0165(4)(e): At the time of inspection, the water temperature was measured at 134.9°F.
