Observation

Toddlers were observed to be picking up small unknown items off of the floor and putting them in their mouth. Crib rails have chew marks and paint scraped off. Light fixture in the bathroom and napping room have glass covers over the light bulbs. Water temperature is higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Stairs outside to upper deck have a gate that is not locked. Interior door that leads to upstairs unlicensed space is unlocked. This door also opens to the laundry area. Outlet in nap room is not tamper resistant. Outlet in kitchen above sink is not GFCI.
