Observation

A tree or type of bush accessible to children was observed cut down but not to a complete flat stump. Multiple sharp cut tree branches observed to be about 6 to 12 inches, pose a, sliver, cutting or impalement hazard to children. The danger must be removed or made inaccessible to children. Water temperature for bathroom handwashing sink was 124 degrees posing a safety risk for children. Back wall cabinets are no longer secured to the wall as the brackets are no longer attached to the wall but loose.
