Observation

It was observed that the water temperature tested to 134 degrees. In all rooms of the child care area had window blinds that were capable of forming a loop. All outlets in the child care were not tamper resistant. The outlet by the sink was not GFCI. The sliding glass door did not have artwork or stickers placed on it. It was observed that a large bookcase was not mounted to the wall. In the outdoor space, many trees were cut down to approximately 2 feet tall. The tree remants left sharp branches that posed a hazard if children fell onto them
