WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): Cabinets in the kitchen are accessible to children, has multiple plastic bags WAC 110-300-0165(5)(b): Outlet in near the sink in the bathroom and kitchen have outlets that are tamper-resistant but does not GFCI outlet type.
