Observation

Railing on lookout deck around the tree, on the right side, has dry rot wood and is no longer securely attached to the adjoining surface. Bark under smaller monkey bars, observed not 9 inches deep. Plastic Rock climber was observed sitting next to the school building (not 6 feet clearance), it was not permanently anchored, and on a hard surface (no ground cover).
