SCRIBBLES AND GIGGLES TOO (Scribbles and Giggles Learning Center)

Observation

There were loose cords in the Mystical Garden room and the infant room that were accessible to the children. There were plastic bags located in the lower cabinets of the school age room and the mermaid that were accessible to children. The playground fence has some sharp pointed edges sticking out in areas. There is a Rubbermaid kitchen on the playground that has broken plastic piece with sharp edges. There is a broken/cracked bike seat with sharp edges on the playground. There is a cracked/broken toilet lid in the mixed age group bathroom. The playground has a large heavy metal musical toy is not secured down on to the ground almost toppled over when licensor touched it. There is chipped paint on the walls of the classrooms, chipping paint on a table in the mermaid room, and chipped paint on the kitchenette that located on the playground.
