2)c) There was a cord to a surge protector behind the desk in the dining area that was accessible to children. There were also several cords on the desk that were accessible as the roll-top cover on the desk was open. 2)d) There were some art materials stored in plastic bags that were accessible to children in the dining area. There were also plastic bags (grocery bags and other storage bags) hanging or on shelves in the closet where the cots and extra play materials were stored. The closet was not locked and was accessible to children. 5)e) There was a surge protector behind the desk in the dining area accessible to children as it was not secured and could be pulled out from behind the desk.
