Observation

Licensor observed plastic bags on floor in restroom that were accessible. The electrical outlets were not equipped with automatic shutters, blank plates, or other tamper resistant covers in classroom. The electrical outlet near sink was not tamper-resistant and equipped with GFCI outlet in restroom.
