Observation

Licensor obsevred in a play lazer gun that was observed to have a cord long enough to create a loop around a child's neck. Licensor observed a playpen was observed in front of window area. Outdoor space was observed to have a broken gutter falling from the side of the home falling onto licensed outdoor space.
