One staff E.R. has been working over 3 months and in process of getting Child Care Basics completed . M.H. is also in process of finishing Basic STARS 30. No Child Care Basics seen for M.O. Did not see initial training of Safe Sleep for J.A. Expired annual Safe Sleep training in MERIT shows for S.K., M.D., M.O., and M.S. Expired Food Handler's and Safe Sleep training for staff who was working before but recently paused working, H.M. Will do before returning to work per Director. Expired Food Handler's in MERIT for R.M., M.H. Many staff have not updated annual BBP training. Expired FA/CPR dates for M.Q., M.H. and M.S.
