Observation

0215 (a, b, c) Licenor observed the parent training for staff on special medication procedures that is part of the ICP was not signed or completed by the parent and staff. 0215 (3)(b) Licensor observed a child with a life saving medication did not have a medication log in place. 0215 (3)(c) Licensor observed a child with a life saving medication was in a locked bag requiring a key to access the life saving medication. (immediate corrections were made and the medication bag was unlocked).
