Right at School at Edmonds Elementary

Observation

There was a staff member( Suzane Seng) employed for longer than 3 months who did not complete applicable training requirements in that time frame. Staff member Suzane Seng had expired food handler permit. There were two staff members working who could be unsupervised with children who had not completed initial schol age basics training (Suzane Seng, Michelle Radecki). These staff were working with children and did not complete health and safety trainings in recognizing and reporting suspected abuse, negliect, and exploitation, emergency preparedness, or serving families experiencing homelessness. The staff on site (Suzane Seng and Michelle Radecki) did not have training to be able to give medications if needed. There were staff on site counting in ratio without CPR and/or first aid certifications. There were staff who did not have trainings in Bloodborne pathogens.
