The list of dietary restrictions, allergies, and nutrition requirements posted in the drawer was observed to be outdated, with some children listed who no longer attended the facility. Additionally, the license certificate was not observed to be posted as required. The signage indicating the location of first aid and emergency medication for both children and staff was not observed.
