110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has cords accessible in the kitchen to appliances, and a hose that is laying outside accessible to the children. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had a cupboard in the kitchen that has garbage bags accessible and a drawer in the kitchen that has plastic zip lock bags. 110-300-0165(3)(c) Licensee has a plastic gutter in the outdoor play area that is cracked and broken. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee had large set of wood cubbies that are not anchored to the wall, posing a risk of tipping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has flaking paint in the bathroom on the door, and the play room door. 110-300-0165(4)(c) Licensee has two free standing lamps that need to be secured to prevent tipping.
