Observation

Licensor observed cords to cell phone in main childcare space near couch and tv cords near bathroom entrance close by to providers unlciensed and open concept bathroom / bedroom, as cords are easily accessible from back of TV. Licensor observed large black bag outdoors on exit pathway. Licensor observed the water temprature measuring at 128 degrees F. Licensor observed two doors that were accessible and unlocked one leading to laundry area and one leading to licensor's unlicensed space hallway to garage area, both areas need safety proof handles to prevent child/ren from entering to have access to washer / dryer or other hazards in these areas.
