0165 (2)(d) At time of the visit, gloves and plastic bags are observed in a drawer without lock. 0165 (3)(a) At the time of the visit it was observed that the door to the childcare has peeling wood, some toys and materials have cracks and sharp edges, staple wires on the wall. 0165 (3)(c) At the time of the visit it was observed that the heater covers are falling off/ not secured. 0165 (3)(g) At the time of the visit peeling paint is observed on the black recliner, on some of the kitchen cabinets, on the handwashing sink cabinet, and on the walls of the licensed space
