Observation

The outdoor play area had 2 large plastic bags holding toys. The fence has sections that are cracked and can pinch or cause splinters Some of the outdoor toys are rusting and need to be removed to either be repaired or replaced. The space under the deck is accessible to children via the deck steps. The space presents and entrapment to children.
