WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were empty plastic grocery bags located in other open bags that are located just outside the bathroom in between the wall and the washing machine in an area accessible to children WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were knives located in a kitchen drawer which is in licensed space and accessible to chidlren.
