Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub that was low enough to be accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a vacuum cleaner sitting next to the washer and dryer which children must go by to go to the other area of the home to go to bathroom making it accessible.
