0260(1)(a)Chemicals and cleaners stored under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom under the sink accessible to children. In the bathroom there were numerous personal hygiene products accessible to children, in the shower, in the medicine cabinet, under the sink, on the back of the toilet, on the rack in the shower and in the drawers. There was paint in the outdoor area accessible to children. 0260(2)(a)(b) Shed and Garage were not closed or locked and were accessible to children. The bedroom to the right of the bathroom was accessble to children as it did not close. 0260(5) Brooms located in the outdoor space accessible to children.
