Observation

Licensor observed garbage bags accessible under handwashing sinks in preschool classrooms. Additionally, licensor observed an empty white garbage bag to be hanging from a hook in a preschool classroom. It appears that the bag had been used to store chldren's nap bedding as other bags were hanging next to it containing these items.
