An outlet in the foyer was not tamper resistant or covered with a blank plate. Outlets throughout the family room were not tamper resistant or covered with a blank plate. Outlets in the kitchen were not tamper resistant or covered with a blank plate. 0165(5)(b) Outlet in the bathroom and in the kitchen near sinks were not tamper resistant and GFCI.
