1)a) The cabinet with the toxic products in it in the laundry area had a safety latch that was not working and so the toxic products were accessible to the child in care. 1)c) There was a spray bottle of bleach water that was not labeled. 5) There was a vacuum cleaner accessible to the child in care in the laundry area.
