North Cascades Child Development Center- Bellingham

Observation

Observed a staff attended to another child (boy) and left a child (girl) on the diaper changing table for a couple of seconds in the bathroom. Another incident was observed that a child ran out of the bathroom without teacher's permission. In this incident there was lack of communication between the staff inside of the bathroom and the staff outside of bathroom to confirm that all children are supervised and are accounted for.
