Observation

Provider had clear removeable outlet covers in electric socket that can pose as a choking hazard. Licensor removed them and gave provider T.A. on installing tamper resistant outlets. Provider had broken glass pieces,toys and bottle caps outside in the backyard/playground area. Licensor gave T.A. on keeping a clean, safe environment for potenital children in care. Provider had broken toys in backyard/playground area. Licensor gave T.A. on getting rid of the toys that are not in good working condition. Provider was given T.A. on purchasing a child safety door knob cover, for the door located in the kitchen that leads to the washing and dryer. The door currently can be accessable to children.
