(2)(c) An electrical cord in the NE classroom was accessible. The cord was made inaccessible during the site visit. (5)(a) Electrical outlets in the hall by the atelier, in the atelier and in the NE classroom were was not tamper resistant type. (5)(b) Electrical outlets by the sinks in the downstairs staff bathroom, which is now used by children and in the downstairs children's bathroom were not both tamper resistant and GFCI type.
