2a) Unlocked teacher drawer in toddler 2 had googly eyes and other materials that were capable of being a choking hazard accessible to children. 2c) Air filter and light table in Preschool 1 had cords that were capable of forming a loop and accessible to children. 2d) Toddler 3 had ziplock bags in unlocked cabinet under handwashing sink in classroom and diapers in plastic wrapping and plastic bags in diaper changing area. Janitor closet was unlocked and accessible to children and had plastic garbage bags accessible to children.
