Observation

1)a) A spray bottle with windex in it and a spray bottle of disinfecting strength bleach water were in a low cabinet in the bathroom with a push-type latch that is easy to open and may not keep the cabinet inaccessible. 1)a) There were hygiene products in the shower/bath area and in an unsecured bathroom cabinet accessible to children. 1)c) The spray bottle of windex was not labeled with the name of the product and was not in the original container. 1)c) The spray bottle with disinfecting strength bleach water was not clearly labeled with the name of the product as the marker had worn off.
