Kitchen was not observed secured. Applicant reports she will be using a baby gate to secure both entrances of the kitchen. The glass door was not observed to have window stickers or work at eye level. Outdoor cord was observed to be loose, and accessible to children. Outlets were not observed as tamper resistant. Windows were observed with the ability to open more than 3.5 inches.
