During onsite inspection, Licensor observed window blinds in the proposed licensed living and dining area with pull string and inner cords accessible. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the stairway leading to the unlicensed second floor accessible and not equipped with a pressure gate. (4)(f) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed outlets in the proposed licensed living room, dining area, entryway, and hallway not equipped with Tamper Resistant outlets, blank plated, or shutter outlet covers. (5)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outlet next to the bathroom handwashing sink not equipped with GFCI outlet or blank plated to keep inaccessible to children. (5)(b)
