Observation

A charger cord placed inside a kitchen drawer was accessible to a child in care at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A plastic bag placed inside a kitchen drawer was accessible to a child in care at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A pair of scissors placed inside a kitchen drawer was accessible to a child in care at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). Rugs placed in the living room area were observed to pose a tripping hazard at the time of inspection. Two large holes on wall were observed in the bathroom area at the time of inspection. Thermostat inside provider's home indicated that the indoor llicensed space temperature was at 64 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 130.5 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
