Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the bathroom cabinet under the sink had a broken latch making the cabinet accessible which had a can of mousse spray. The accessible storage shed on the side of the playground has buckets of paint inside. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit the shed outside was unlocked and had maintenance items. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was an electric trimmer in the accessible side storage shed and a rake, snow shovel, and turf builder edgeguard spreader on the playground accessible to children.
