Observation

There are gaps 3.5 inches (4-5 inches) in the following areas in the outdoor play area: bottom of the left/right hand rails, base of the stairway deck (by black garbage can, in the toddler/pre-k area), base of the stairway deck in the school-area (near the seated storage bench), base of the stairway near the front right corner of the building and under neath the fence by the road (North Date Street). 110-300-0145(8) Portion of the school-age chain link fence is wobbly and not secured, by the the road (North Date Street) and by the AC unit.
