Observation

There were staff employed for longer than three months who did not complete all required trainings, including School Age Basics. Staff members did not have current food handler permit. Staff who did not complete intial training did not complete health and safety trainings in recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect, serving children experiencing homelessness, and emergency preparedness. Staff member was missing CPR and first aid certifications.
