There were newly hired staff who could potentially be counted in ratio without CPR and first aid training. There were newly hired staff who did not complete training in Blood Borne Pathogens. There were newly hired staff who have not yet completed Child Care Basics who did not have health and safety trainings in mandated reporter, emergency preparedness, or serving children experiencing homelessness.
