Observation

Some toys in licensed areas were observed to be smaller than one and three quarter inches. Some of the items included small building blocks, and some small pretend food. Sliding glass doors do not have stickers or posters to prevent children from walking into the door. All cubbies must be secured to prevent any tipping hazards. Light bulbs and and light covers in bathroom are not shatter-resistant. Outlet in bathroom less than 2 ft. away from sink was observed to be tamper-resistant, but not GFCI. Provider must add GFCI and tamper-resistant outlet.
